Basically, i have a great business design that’s working now - it’s given me time, money and site freedom.

This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was far more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days on the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle like you are short of time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” which i use on myself - is making a sense of urgency and building up over the internet the worst thing that may happen easily don’t get this shit done.
The harder intensity you can have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to definitely either experience a level of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
Returning to persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determine what lengths you're going, there is really not a way you are able to accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x greater than we have succeeded, i assume it’s not sexy to share with how many times you fail, but i’ll let you know now every single successful entrepreneur we have met didn't work more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more money compared to they usually make…
Hustling needs to be section of your life, i used to be very blessed and still am to be encompassed by those who have supported me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. On one occasion i was speaking to a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and i also remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i could sense in himself which he believes with what i’m doing. (In those days, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Having the right people who are around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing the right thing, on the right time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, particularly when you're new and starting out, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and also you should be somebody who is dependant on self growth. I work TWICE as harder on myself, on my mind i then do on my business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than how you do it, mindset contributes to having a strategic mindset where one can harness your distinct capability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly a lot of people won't ever have it, well you may do, cos you're reading my damn post.

After i was a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally found started on this industry i'd more setbacks than many people, i needed dropped outta university in my final year, family and friends poking fun at the truth that i want to break the bank working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 valuation on debt while i bought in to a $20k network marketing program and then continued a rampage of shopping for every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determine your success because it means you won't be giving up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
A 6 figures will probably be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. A 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm heading for now, however possess a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. Some of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and i know most average people wouldn't be capable of comprehend it, however i have a compelling “Why” and a vision which gets me thru the tough times. Be sure to have your own compelling future that may drive you forward even when you think all isn't training.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(

Does this exist, on occasions when i actually do live events the ones come up to me, instantly they place me over a pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on the pedestal. What you placed on a pedestal is definitely going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Just because people have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they're allowed to be put on something using this world, they are still in this world, and it’s feasible for you as well. After i meet immensely successful people i then just determine if i would like what they've got, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this whole thing is just a journey, your vacation, my journey, most people are over a journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or even a billionaire however the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, as well as other MLM and is trying to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the very center to step into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down on anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid that comes to my home using a beautiful smile to completely clean once per week, i recently do different things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, all that stuff.
You might be going to become a human, and that means you will invariably possess some shit not work out, personally last Six months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my company and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the contests, hahahah!
My entire life just isn't dictated due to the fact much cash i make or even the desire to simply have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the ability to give back - i would like to begin to build schools to aid orphans, i actually do some stuff like that, but it’s insufficient i wish to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of them this bit of wisdom continues to be stuck with me for a long time.
So long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m exactly where I have to be.
Money is just one component of one’s life company, it’s important - however, not the most important, well that’s debatable according to your personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will lead you longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success is not something just wake up and get, it’s something you require to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with debt and therefore are usually broke and lacking money, leading with a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for just about any business to get momentum, but don't forget i have spent more income on my own education to understand things i do than the inexperienced will probably earn inside a lifetime.
This really is one of the biggest killers of success that i'm guilty of it too, now i recently don’t do anything whatsoever else if i can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Each month Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making a lot of money when you get momentum - yes, more income than you ever made before….
More cash than all of your family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - when you do this, or must i say prior to deciding to do this, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always know the distinction between Gross, Net and the way much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, at first it is - you then get used to it - and also the only stuff that matters is keeping those funds.

I needed just found out not long ago i was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff i have absolutely nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i also don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i have no clue why i was spending that, or how it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous over spending, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m in business, however i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now situations are changing
It accumulates and is detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was a newbie and i had made my first six figures - the very first 2 yrs the cash i'd made,i needed blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll make this back and more, because…
I HAVE A SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i understand how to market.
Still, the following year i did like a million bucks in sales.

That jogs my memory, on trading of having money, hire competent individuals who can manage your numbers, you must always be considering your numbers, every single day - several times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team offers you freedom, but in addition lots of damn headache, stress, worry, problems when they aren’t the proper person and when you aren’t the proper form of person to manage them.

But i’m alive, i've the opportunity to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and extremely everyday above ground is success for me personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Produce a Personality That’ll Provide you with Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
Increasingly more i’m simply because the web Marketing, business market is being more personal with all of this social media marketing stuff, you have the ability to make your own tribe (more for the reason that a little later)
Make use of personality to increase online conversions, to draw in compatible people, to develop your own personal tribe and cultivate them, enable them to succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Atart exercising . personality - learn who to tell stories, in the event you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, when you have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, in case you are boring, discover ways to be intriquing, notable and being Considering others.
They're all items of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.

Present with people is magical, be it offline or online, practice being PRESENT and in the moment which means - leave the damn Facebook and social networking and obtain practising being present, the best relationships i have built and continue building is because i am always being a TED as opposed to a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom to me!)
Focus on being considering others, than trying to be interesTING and provide your attention, presence and to others when you communicate, it’s hard, but very worthwhile, specifically if you have a big ego. just FYI
When you practise being in as soon as with your prospects, clients and students, you go through a deeper degree of empathy they can really appreciate. Business grows really fast when you are this. Lesson 7 : Pigs Don’t Know They Stink & Pigs Don’t Fly Too..
Have people you need to be similar to. This could be one of the most valuable piece of advice i ever got, you then become the average with the 5 people you surround yourself with.
This is the fastest way to start getting the results you want, at this time i've a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which are doing pretty well for their own reasons.
I'd like a business like theirs - and so i surround myself together. I want to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself using them.
When you think that you're hitting a roadblock, hire a mentor, a teacher, a specialist, i’ve been carrying this out shit for soo several years, it blows my head - that a lot of people don’t do it.
This is certainly one of my top biggest secrets man. I simply buy shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know already that” - well in the event you did, then why aren’t you in which you desire to be…
You’ll continually be learning, and so i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (that we still do btw) i've found owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

One was simply amazing, Annie Lalla - she’s the wife of Eben Pagan and that i reached out to her for coaching i acquired several sessions of someone that has been helping others in relationships for nearly Twenty years.
Yes, i fast-tracked my distance to healing myself while i understood that this would be a new experience and i also simply didn’t possess the skills, the competence or perhaps the confidence yet to beat this problem.
The partnership was one of the most-growth inducing experiences of my entire life, it led a brand new road to my greatness and educated me in a little more about loving myself deeply.

If you are stuck, go thru your challenges in the relationship - start loving yourself more and being the best YOU and then pray and praying, and forgive and release and that is what i kept doing and i’m still doing now…
Really - everything can be quite simply to those three things once you feel stuck and not getting to where you want to head to.
Ask yourself - is it necessary the relevant skills yet to overcome this ? As the skills is the thing that leads you to having competence in that area to make it work, then using this method a lot more zinc heightens your confidence. (Due to Brendan Burchard for teaching me this!)
Lesson 8 : Being Alone Helped me Rich
Spend some time alone. Invest some time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your mind and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO a lot of time alone, i don’t find many people accomplish that. And when i’m alone i would often walk up to random strangers, usually seniors and talk to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they are able to share with me.
It makes life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t lengthy mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without distractions offers you the opportunity clear your brain, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and more efficiently. Damn, think about this - this blog post has taken me like 3 hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone is a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I know must be lot of men and women always tell me - why do you travel alone ? lol.
Since i have travel the world 90% of the time on my own, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone everyone at any time so i don’t need to be lonely if i don’t wish to.
And really i enjoy my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, with no internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, at least for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
Time passes Mosque around i'm able to, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - in my accommodation.
However always spend time in deep prayer.
After i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i actually do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i usually do spend some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and obtain my mojo on

We have probably made more mistakes than i will count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring exactly the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You must develop yourself and the team in the process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, let them have time, nurture them that assist them grow and when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or you can keep them on.
Although i have generated millions of dollars within this sell for myself, i will tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the wrong people. I have endured a number of anxiety, craziness, worry due to the wrong people who we have hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You simply gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning far more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years with a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you to get to stage 2. This was hard to get, men and women not grow as quickly as you, and you've got being comfortable with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
On the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and stay within the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection With the Only One Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even when they shell out the dough.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i think i’m a lot better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value time a lot, where i don’t prefer to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.
The idea of time is quite fascinating. Learning and investing in Mastering the principles from the 80/20 this can be like maybe one of my top three tricks of creating success and generating huge amounts of money, you must learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.
I have already been a student from the topic 80-20 since i was a new in this industry and i'll continue to be.
Exercise your value per hour, mine is currently $2,000 hourly. I don’t like to do things that doesn't yield very much.

Because as i have learned no matter what i aim - the most i can be is 3 solid hours of pure productivity.
For me personally it’s writing e-mail, doing big deals on traffic buys, sometimes i’ll buy $50,000 valuation on traffic in a single day therefore i gotta make certain i’m all game to save money and finding the best that can deliver and inventive thinking.
